Facility: 6-Station Dialysis Unit

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current Dialysis RN experience
• Active Ohio RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• NXStage Experience (Required)
• Experience with Geriatric Patients
• CNN/CDN Certification
