👩‍⚕️ Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care aligned with each resident’s care plan
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Monitor vitals and document I&O
• Promptly report health status changes

✅ Requirements:

• Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certification
• Completion of a recognized GNA Program
• Current BLS (CPR/AED) Certification
• Experience in senior care or dementia care preferred
