🧠 What You’ll Do:

As a CNA, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care and supporting residents’ independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily activities like grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Accurately take and record vital signs
• Monitor changes in residents’ condition and communicate with the care team
• Provide meal support and ensure hydration and nutrition
• Help maintain a safe, clean living space
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure residents receive the best care possible
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures

✅ What You Need:

• Current CNA certification in your state
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist residents with physical needs (lifting, transfers, etc.)
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus — but not required
