How does Meta PRN help my business save money?
Meta PRN helps your business cut costs in a couple of ways because of our flat monthly fee and no hidden up-charges. For example, if you currently use a staffing agency, you pay a percentage of that new hire’s contract amount or are paying 2x+ their hourly rate. With Meta PRN- there is no such additional fees or markups. If you currently use a job board, you’re likely paying access to post plus will have to sponsor your post to get more views and wait and see if anyone applies. With Meta PRN, you can directly invite talent to your job based on their credentials. We only charge $75/month – for unlimited access to all the professionals on our platform and you can post an unlimited amount of positions. We don’t charge anything else once you hire a professional. If you pay a professional through our platform, we charge 5% of the gross pay.

You can use Meta PRN to hire for last-minute or temporary staffing. You can also absolutely use it to find long-term hires without paying high recruiter fees.

First, you create your account which takes less than 10 minutes and sign up for unlimited access and job postings for only $75/ month. Then, you can begin posting shifts and assignments to Meta PRN. Nurses and allied health professionals using Meta PRN will see the requests and proceed to apply to the assignment. You can also invite specific professionals you find on the site to apply to your position. You may also select for the professional to complete their timesheets within Meta PRN. Once a shift is complete, you review the timesheet, and pay Meta PRN’s invoice weekly.
What is included in the $75 per month?
For $75 a month you can post unlimited jobs, get instant access to search for and invite potential contractors for your job postings. You can create contracts and have contractors log their time. There is no additional fee to hire someone through the site. If you have a contractor your hire through Meta PRN submit their timesheet through Meta PRN, their payment will be processed through our site.They processing fee is not included in the $75 a month. The administrative fee is 5% of the gross pay amount plus Stripe processing fees of approximately 2%.
Is there a long term contract?
No. Meta PRN is a month-to-month subscription, so you can cancel anytime. However, most facilities keep their subscription because it’s a cost-effective way to maintain a steady pipeline of caregivers.
How do I sign-up?

What if I already have my own caregiver pool?

How do I know the professionals are qualified?
Healthcare professionals who are called conractors on our platform create profiles where they list their credentials, experience, upload proof of their credentials, and references. Employers can review profiles before reaching out. Additionally, when you hire someone you will be provided a copy of their credential documentation if they did not voluntarily provide a copy before.
Are people hired through the site 1099s or W2s?
Contractors hired through Meta PRN are 1099s. If you have them complete a timesheet and pay them through Meta PRN, they are a 1099. No taxes are withheld. If you come to your own employment agreement with them off of Meta PRN’s platform and decide to hire them as a W2 that is directly between you and the applicant. Please refer to your local labor laws and HR specialist.
Does Meta PRN handle payroll?
o, Meta PRN is not a staffing agency—we simply connect you with qualified caregivers. You hire and pay caregivers directly as W-2 employees or 1099 contractors based on your facility’s needs. You can have them complete their timesheet and pay their contract out through our site. the credit card on file used for your monthly subscription will be billed.

How do I pay a contractor through Meta PRN?
When you created your Meta PRN account, you also created an account with Stripe where you connected a bank account where you want to receive funds. To send payments through Meta PRN, you and the contractor must agree that they will document their time using Meta PRN’s time log. Once their time is entered, you will approve it and the card on file will be charged the gross pay plus the payment processing fee from Stripe and Meta PRN’s administration fee of 5% of the gross pay.
