How do I reset my password?
Once you select Login, select “Forgot Password”. Enter the email associated with your account. An email with a reset link will be sent to you. Make sure to check your Spam if you do not see the email from Meta PRN in your primary inbox.
How much does Meta PRN costs?
Meta PRN is $75/month for unlimited access to search, connect and hire caregivers like CNAs, LPNs and RNs. If you use Meta PRN’s payment feature, a 5% administrative fee is charged based on the contractor’s gross pay and Stripe’s payment processing fees also apply.

How do I pay a contractor through Meta PRN?
When you created your Meta PRN account, you also created an account with Stripe where you connected a bank account where you want to receive funds. To send payments through Meta PRN, you and the contractor must agree that they will document their time using Meta PRN’s time log. Once their time is entered, you will approve it and the card on file will be charged the gross pay plus the payment processing fee from Stripe and Meta PRN’s administration fee of 5% of the gross pay.
