💰 Pay Range: $2,600 – $2,700 per week
🕒 Schedule: Weekdays – Mon to Fri (Day Shift)
🏥 Setting: Hospital-based Oncology Department

Join an experienced oncology team in beautiful Miles City, MT for a rewarding fixed-term assignment! This Radiation Therapist position offers competitive weekly pay, a focused schedule, and the opportunity to serve a patient population with high-quality therapeutic care.


🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer ionizing radiation for therapeutic purposes under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist
  • Perform patient simulations and prepare treatment setups
  • Verify treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and document cumulative dose and billing info
  • Observe and report any patient reactions during treatment
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and stock levels in the unit
  • Participate in quality initiatives and ensure patient safety standards are met
  • Promote the mission and service standards of the SCL Health network

🧠 Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program
  • ARRT and RT(T) certifications in Radiation Therapy
  • BLS Certification (AHA required)
  • Montana License NOT required if ARRT Radiography is not held
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience

🧰 Skills & Competencies:

  • Infection Control, Patient Education, Documentation & Assessment
  • Equipment handling, Positioning, and Diagnostic Imaging
  • Strong communication and teamwork in an oncology care setting
