💰 Salary: $98,000 – $110,000 annually (competitive and above market rate)

Meta PRN is now hiring a licensed and experienced Physical or Occupational Therapy Manager to lead and provide hands-on therapy services at Heritage Manor ALF, a newly renovated assisted living community in Hagerstown, MD.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a brand-new therapy department and provide care to both residents and external clients by appointment. 🏥


🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day PT/OT operations within the ALF.
  • Provide direct therapy to residents and outpatient clients.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards.
  • Develop care plans and track outcomes.
  • Lead community outreach and referral coordination.
  • Build and grow a new department in a modern, supportive environment.

🧠 Qualifications:

  • Active PT or OT license in the state of Maryland.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience; management experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
