What You’ll Do:
- Direct daily operations with a focus on compliance, care, and culture
- Lead a high-performing, compassionate team
- Implement systems and policies that elevate resident care
- Collaborate with staff, families, and medical professionals
- Oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and engagement
Requirements:
✅ At least 5 years in healthcare management or ALF leadership
✅ Florida Assisted Living Facility Administrator License (RN not required)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Dedication to senior-centered care

To become an ALF Administrator in Florida, you must:
- Complete an AHCA-approved Core Training
- Pass the Florida ALF Administrator Competency Exam
- Apply for licensure through AHCA
