We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Southern Serenity Assisted Living, a brand-new 16-bed facility in Leesburg, FL, and we’re looking for an experienced Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Administrator to lead the way.

📍 Location: Leesburg, FL
📅 Start Date: December 1, 2025
💵 Pay: $1,250–$1,450 per week | Paid Weekly
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day & Evening Shifts
🏠 Facility Type: Assisted Living

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead a compassionate care team and foster a supportive work culture
• Implement policies to improve resident care and facility efficiency
• Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff
• Manage budgeting, staff hiring/training, and resident/family relations
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements:
✅ 5+ years in a healthcare management or ALF leadership role
✅ Deep knowledge of state and federal ALF regulations
✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people skills
✅ Passion for enhancing the lives of seniors
✅ Must hold a valid Assisted Living Facility Manager License or Administrator License
