💰 Pay: $75–$80/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive client assessments
• Monitor vital signs and manage medications
• Provide documentation and care coordination
• Deliver compassionate care for chronic, cognitive, and geriatric needs

What You Need:
✅ Active RN license (or related healthcare certification)
✅ CPR/First Aid certified
✅ Experience in senior care, dementia, palliative care, or related areas
✅ Strong skills in documentation, wound care, medication management, and assessments
