This role offers a starting salary of $112K per year, and for the right candidate, we will cover the cost of required training and certifications.

What You’ll Do

As the RN Nurse Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality resident care.
• Supervise, train, and support the caregiving team.
• Manage care plans, conduct assessments, and communicate with families.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Serve as the Delegating Nurse, overseeing medication management and healthcare protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Active RN License in the state of Maryland.
• 80-Hour Assisted Living Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain – we cover the cost!).
• Delegating Nurse Certificate (or willingness to obtain – we cover the cost!).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Passion for senior care and resident advocacy.
